For the SKROSS® team, 2018 started with the promise of many new exciting things to come from our attendance at several trade shows in both retail and corporate gift business, making sure the New Year was rung in with vigour and energy.
Starting shot was at CES Las Vegas which is known as global stage for innovation. From January 9th – 12th, the show attracted more than 3’900 exhibitors to unveil developments in next-generation technology, giving a glimpse into the future with robots, self-driving vehicles, smart city solutions and so much more. It was the largest show floor in the exhibition’s 51 years of history and we were proud to be there with our SKROSS® booth in South Hall.
During the show, our team once again had the enjoyment of meeting with numerous international customers. Besides many familiar faces, we were also introduced to potential new customers, making a powerful and promising start to 2018 as we look to expand also into new markets.
Overall, our team experienced an increase in traffic at the SKROSS® booth compared to previous years, correlating with the official record-breaking visitor numbers given for this year.
Also across our Corporate Gift business, the New Year was rung in with vigour and several attendances. We started with PSI in Germany, the leading European trade show for the promotional product industry, where we were represented by the promotional suppliers Mid Ocean Brands and PSL. Just a few days later, our Power Gifts made their way to PPAI Expo Las Vegas, displayed at the stands of our resellers Polyconcept and The Magnet Group. Meanwhile back in Europe, our promotional partner Go Distribution showcased our Power Gifts at the PPD Live Show in the UK.

Already now in February, the year will continue as energetically as it started, since we will be exhibiting at two fairs in Eastern Europe as well as at a Travel Retail Show in the US.
