WorldConnect AG takes over assets of Q2Power AG
With immediate effect, WorldConnect AG, brand owner of SKROSS®, takes over the assets of Q2Power AG, also providers of travel adapters and other charging solutions.
Besides the acquisition of intangible rights such as the brand “Q2Power” and its patents, WorldConnect AG also takes over parts of the warehouse and existing products (incl. certifications and concessions) of the Q2Power AG.
