Dear Customers, Partners & Friends of SKROSS®,
On behalf of the entire SKROSS® team, we are writing to share with you our plan of operation during the COVID-19 pandemic. While we are hoping that you are safe and sound, our highest priority remains the health of our employees and partners, followed by the continuation of business.
While SKROSS® remains fully operative and open for business, we are taking this situation very seriously and have already implemented various steps to protect our employees. For example, we stopped all unnecessary business trips and provided additional hygienic measures in the office weeks ago. At present, we have implemented home office for most of our people. We are also constantly monitoring the latest developments and following the guidelines set out by the governments of the countries in which we operate.
Our warehouses in Germany and Hong Kong currently have great availability and our Operations Team is continuing to process orders and are ready to support our customers. Also, our logistic partners operate as usual, although they have to take some measures to ensure daily operations.
Therefore, please accept our apologies if we have to make compromises on certain things or if the usual shipping / processing times take longer than usual. We are convinced that we can master these difficult times if we remind ourselves that cooperation, teamwork and goodwill are essential factors that we can rely on.
At SKROSS®, our thoughts go out to the victims of this virus and we hope that the entire situation will defuse as soon as possible.
