Warranty

All our products are manufactured using high-quality materials under strict quality regulations and are carefully tested, which means that we only offer you products which you can really trust.

If, despite this, you have reason to make a complaint, WorldConnect offers a 2-years warranty on all products. The warranty commences with the date of purchase of the factory-new product, and covers all defects in material and workmanship. You must provide the original receipt as verification.

WorldConnect will either repair the product or replace it with an equivalent product at its discretion.

The following are excluded from the warranty

  • minor discrepancies in the nature of the product which are insignificant in terms of the product's intended use
  • wear parts (fuses)
  • loss of individual components
  • optical defects through use

in addition to errors which are caused by

  • improper use
  • operating errors
  • mechanical damage
  • modifications
  • interventions by unauthorised persons or workshops
  • accidents
  • acts of God

If you have a warranty claim, please send the product together with the filled-out damage report and the receipt to the address given below. It is also important to let us know your telephone number or e-mail address so that we can reach you if we have any questions. Costs for shipments to us are your responsibility, return shipments will be paid for by WorldConnect.
