Job description Operations

In this versatile function you will be fully responsible for:

  • Order processing for your assigned customers with a very close contact to our international sales staff
  • Debtor Management incl. dunning
  • Customer Support (info-emails)
  • Further duties like analysis, reports, sample dispatch, etc.

Job description CEO Assistant & Office Assistant

In this second function you will assist the CEO in all administrative and organisational matters. Organisational skills,
personal resilience, loyalty and discretion are among your personal characteristics and your strengths to set priorities
and to keep a cool head in hectic situations. Your main tasks are:

  • Office Management (secretarial duties)
  • Preparing statistics and presentations
  • Travel organisation

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as commercial clerk
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Experience in the international area is preferable
  • High-level command of MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English and ideally more languages
  • Professionally experienced and flexible with solution-oriented approach and independent working style
  • Team player
