Having purchased a SKROSS product, you have made a decision for the highest possible quality and reliable functionality. If, despite this, you still have questions or a cause for complaint, you can find all the necessary information about using our adapters and chargers here.

My adapter doesn't work any more
Most common source of error: burnt-out fuse. You can easily change the fuse yourself.
If this is not the cause, please check to see whether the guarantee is still valid. You can find details about this and the relevant damage report in the next paragraph.

Warranty
On all our products we provide a 2-years warranty. Please use the damage form for product complains within the warranty.
